A naturopathic practice is very well versed in utilizing nutritional supplementation and implementing the importance of a healthy diet for optimal health. Nutritional supplementation has gained an increasing level of acceptance and has found its way into a patient treatment plan more and more as the most basic and least invasive way to regain health and wellness due to nutritional deficiencies that seem to be so common. It is easy to just rely on nutritional supplementation as a means to health but our attention should not be drawn away from the primary importance of a healthy diet. A healthy diet is one that emphasises high-quality, fresh, natural produce, foods that are micronutrient dense, ethically produced and not "pharmed", modified or adulterated with pesticides or hazardous chemicals.
